Howdy dA folks! Just letting everyone know that today begins my grand Disney adventure! Today is a quick jaunt up to Port Saint Lucie to spend the night with my grandparents, then Tuesday is the meet-and-greet at Downtown Disney, and Wednesday is check-in at Vista! Thursday or Friday should be Traditions, and by this weekend, I'll be an honest-to-goodness Walt Disney World cast member!

I can't believe how insanely fast these past few months of preparation for the WDWDCP have gone by! I swear, I was JUST in Epcot, chatting with Michelle about the CP. And here I am, three months later, getting ready to go do the CP myself! It's been a bit of a whirlwind, honestly.

I'm looking forward to meeting new people, making friends, opening doors in the company, seeing one of my favorite places on Earth in a whole new light, and just living the college experience! I have so many hopes and dreams and desires that I really want to fulfill in the next seven months and also in the months and years to come afterwords.

My role isn't glamorous, my location isn't too exciting, and I'm nervous as all hell, but I'm excited, and that's what's important. I've met some wonderful people already through the magic on the internet, and hope to meet so many more once I arrive. Just letting everyone know what's shakin' with me.

If you're curious about art and such, I'm not quite sure myself. I've been drawing alot lately, but nothing I really wish to share with the world. As it's mostly crap. I'm really into taking pictures lately, and you might have already seen a handful of photos I've taken in WDW in the past few months here on dA, but most of my Disney photos can be found on my flickr page. But anything I deem extra cool may make an appearance here on dA in addition to flickr.

I've also been writing up a storm, but again, nothing that is wholly solid or acceptable for human consumption. I fear that what I have written so far may make some audiences ill. If you are prone to motion sickness or are made uncomfortable by enclosed dark spaces, simulators, or spinning, you may exit the flight training area with the help of a uniformed crew member.

Ahem. So that's it! My life as of today. Car is packed, room is empty, paperwork is all filled out, and I'm ready to hit the road. I'll see you all on the other side of the turnstile next time I update! Until then, don't stop believing that dreams can come true~!
