Well, it sure has been a while since I devoted time to updating this journal! I've been so super busy leading my Disney life, I haven't really had the time or the proper mindset to tackle it. Basically, I've been living in Disney now for about three months, working pretty hard, and playing even harder.

I currently work over in Disney's Hollywood Studios, one of the greatest theme parks in the whole world. I have a super great location and work with some amazing and wonderful people. Being a Disney Cast Member is both everything and nothing what I expected. But both in a great way. Being here makes me realize that working anywhere else just wouldn't compare to Walt Disney World and working for the Walt Disney Company.

I consider my employment with Disney an honor and look forward to many years with the company. But enough about that-- what about the CP? The Disney College Program is a unique experience that regular Cast Members can't really understand unless they themselves have been on it. The goal of mostly everyone on the program is to have loads of fun. And why not? You've taken a semester off of school, you should be having fun! And there's so much fun to be had.

The best part of the whole thing is that you can go play in any of the four theme parks for free anytime you want. Feeling like riding Expedition: Everest today? Just head on over to Disney's Animal Kingdom park! Really craving a croissant from France? It's your lucky day! Just make a stop over at Epcot! The Disney Magic never really stops. It always exists, and working for the company, you can see that Magic isn't something Disney tries to bottle and sell, it's the experience they provide to guests through cast member interaction.

As Walt Disney once said, "You can design and create, and build the most wonderful place in the world. But it takes people to make the dream a reality."

So, thank you Disney, for opening my eyes and giving me the chance to fully appreciate, understand, and wholly experience your magic, and create it everyday! I look forward to staying with the Walt Disney Company for a long time to come, and will never, ever forget the memories I've created on my College Program. The friends I've made here will last me a lifetime, and I will consider them my Disney family forever. I have just about four months left in my program, and it breaks my heart, but makes me excited at the same time. Here's to the future!
